Come to the mat, come to the breath, welcome home to your body. We will move through a flowing posture sequence with an emphasis on awareness of the body and the breath. As we move through our practice tensions held in the body and mind begin to soften and fade, opening the way for a more radiant, vital and peaceful experience.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Bring a mat and any props you may need. Please refrain from eating 1-2 hours before class. Wear stretchy comfortable clothing.
